What do you love about your job?

I love being the steady support behind our team. Creating structure and cheering our people on as they grow, both behind the chair and in their personal lives. I also love connecting with our guests, whether it’s helping bring their hair dreams to life or finding the perfect outfit that makes them feel confident walking out the door. Creating a space where everyone feels confident, supported, and like they truly belong is what I enjoy the most.
Favorite services and specialties?

I’m drawn to the transformational work our team creates- dimensional color, extensions, and services that help women feel confident and powerful in every season of life. Even though I’m not behind the chair, I’m behind the scenes making sure our team has the systems, support, and structure to do their best work. Someone has to keep the glam and the spreadsheets balanced😉
What kind of salon experience do you like to provide your guests?

Warm, welcoming, and peaceful. My hope is that every guest leaves feeling confident and carrying a little extra joy with them.
When you’re not in the salon, where can you be found?

When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually soaking up the sunshine and recharging. Spending time with my grandkids fills my heart and I love getting lost in a good book or hunting for vintage treasures with my husband.
