You Belong Here.

The Urban Eve story began nearly two decades ago, when the first location opened in Lake Jackson, Texas, in August of 2006, just a small, four-chair salon with the dream of making a difference in the beauty industry.  Now, more than 16 years later, we have grown into a multi-location salon company, thanks to some great mentors and our amazing team.

Our mission at Urban Eve is to help people feel beautiful from the inside out by using our talents and training future leaders to pass it on.  This isn’t something that’s just printed on some poster hanging on a wall.  It’s something that we truly believe in and live by.

As a company, our hope is that when you walk through our salon doors you feel completely seen, heard, and cared for.

We exist and walk daily focusing on all of these as our guiding principles.

May God bless you with enough foolishness to believe that you can make a difference in this world, so that you can do what others claim cannot be done.

WE LOVE

Giving Back

The core of our culture is being difference makers.  We believe when “much is given…much is expected.”  We exist to leave a legacy and an impact…from our guests feeling beautiful to making a difference in someone’s life on our team, in our community, and around the world.

As a Green Circle Salon we recycle all of our foils, extra color, color tubes and bottles, paper, plastic and even hair.  As a result, we can divert almost 95% of our salon waste from our landfills.

Be foolish enough to believe
you can make a difference in this world.

Urban Eve partners with many local and global non-profits.  We even have our own non-profit called Free Roots, which focuses on restoring dignity and hope to those affected by or at risk of being affected by sex trafficking, training them in the vocation of hairstyling.  Our current work is focused in South Texas and in Mexico.

Urban Eve commits 1% of their gross sales to local and global charities and non-profits and has given more than $250,000 over the years.
